CALM Minds is a group program that is a combination of Anxiety support and education. Children will learn what Anxiety is, how it effects our body and mind and strategies to cope-including Mindfulness and Meditation techniques. This is a small group program which means there will be lots of opportunities for sharing and supporting eachother. And there will be a strong focus on resilience, strength and bravery. We also finish the group with a different fun, therapeutic art or craft activity each week.
